Description
An interior view of one of the homes on Camden Battlefield, South Carolina. During the American Revolution the town of Camden was a British stronghold. This building is located on the same grounds as The Kershaw House, which served as Charles Cornwallis, 1st Marquess' headquarters. There was a push to incorporate the entire town into the National Park Service. In order to comply with the NPS, the town would have to remove a large sports stadium that was erected in the battlefield.
